Overview
LeaseIQ (“we”, “us”) helps you analyze lease agreements. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have. We designed LeaseIQ to minimize the data we hold and to keep your documents private.
What we collect
Account information (email), lease documents you upload or paste, and the analyses generated from them. We also collect basic usage analytics to improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
How we protect your documents
Documents are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest using 256-bit encryption. They are processed only to generate your analysis and are never shared with or sold to third parties. You can delete any document and its analysis at any time, which permanently removes it from our systems.
AI processing
To analyze a lease we send its text to our AI provider (OpenAI) solely to produce your analysis. We do not permit the use of your lease content to train third-party models.
Your CCPA rights
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to opt out of any sale of personal information (we do not sell it), and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact privacy@leaseiq.app.
